2026학년도 2학기 대학원 외국인 유학생 신입생 외국인등록 안내

해외에서 D-2 비자를 발급받아 입국한 모든 유학생은 외국인등록증 신청을 위한 서류를 반드시 제출해야 합니다.

1. 외국인등록 대상: 해외에서 D-2 비자를 발급받아 입국한 대학원 신입생(국내에서 비자 자격변경 또는 자격연장한 입학생은 미해당)

2. 제출서류

(1) 통합신청서(국제교류팀 사무실에서 작성)(사진부착 필요)

(2) 여권사본 / 여권원본(추후 지문 등록시 필요)

(3) 표준입학허가서 사본

(4) 방 계약서 사본

     - 방 계약서가 본인 명의 아닐 경우 아래 서류 추가 제출

       (A) 거주숙소제공확인서(계약자 서명 필요)

       (B) 계약자의 신분증(외국인등록증) 사본

(5) 외국인등록증 발급비용 35,000KRW

(6) 재학증명서 발급비용 1,000KRW

(7) 결핵검진결과서(기숙사 거주자만 해당)

3. 제출장소: 17번 건물 304호

4. 제출기한: 입국후 일주일 이내(9월 23일까지)

Guidelines for Alien Registration for New International Graduate Students – Fall 2026

All international students who entered Korea after obtaining a D-2 visa from overseas are required to submit the necessary documents to apply for an Alien Registration Card (ARC).

1. Who Must Apply for Alien Registration

New international graduate students who entered Korea with a D-2 visa issued overseas

Students who changed their visa status or extended their visa after entering Korea are not required to apply through this process.

2. Required Documents

(1) Integrated Application Form

To be completed at the International Affairs Team office. A passport-size photo must be attached.

(2) Copy of Passport / Original Passport

The original passport will be required later for fingerprint registration.

(3) Copy of the Certificate of Admission

(4) Copy of the Room Rental Contract

     - If the rental contract is not under the student's name, the following additional documents are required:

      (A) Confirmation of Residence/Accommodation – signature of the contract holder is required

      (B) Copy of the contract holder's ID (Alien Registration Card)

(5) Alien Registration Card issuance fee: KRW 35,000

(6) Certificate of Enrollment issuance fee: KRW 1,000

(7) Tuberculosis (TB) Screening Result Certificate: Required only for students residing in the university dormitory
